Welcome to Sueramics Pottery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General

Sueramics Pottery is a handmade ceramics business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All products are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in colour, texture, and size are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout.

3. Bespoke Commissions

Commission orders are subject to a separate agreement confirmed via email. A non-refundable deposit will be required to begin work on a bespoke piece. Timelines for commission work will be agreed upon at the time of order and may vary depending on complexity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally, excluding the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Sueramics Pottery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Damaged Items

Ceramics are fragile by nature. We take great care in packaging every order securely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken, please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can assist you.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Sueramics Pottery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
